Our mortgage team is looking for a detail-oriented, organized, high-character Loan Officer Assistant (Loan Partner) who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants long-term growth in the mortgage industry.

This role is critical to delivering a 5-star client experience from contract to close.

✔️ Manage loan files & documentation
✔️ Communicate with borrowers & Realtors
✔️ Keep loans on track & organized
✔️ Help create smooth closings

We’re looking for someone who:

🔘Is proactive and dependable,
🔘Communicates confidently,
🔘Loves structure and follow-through,
🔘Wants to grow in the mortgage business.
