Welcome to my page!! After 11yrs in the automotive sales I've learned one thing over all else. Your personal integrity holds more weight than any words you may say. I branded myself in sales with honesty and consultative methods vs "sales tactics". I knew after the transition of Ellis Brooks Auto selling to Jim Wilson, I was ready to take on a new adventure. I had high expectations of what I needed from a company, and honestly in hindsight appeared unrealistic. I knew I needed to have 100% belief in a product I sold. I needed to find a company that put family first, was a family themselves, encouraged my personal growth (as well as my customers personal growth and well being), positively, provided philanthropic work charitably giving back to those in need, I needed to NOT work everyday so I can be with my family, and I needed to be able to coach my teams in my gym. If I can do all this and still make the living I was accustomed to, I would take such job. As I told people this, they laughed, (I did as well). Sounds like I probably wanted to take some time off and not work, LOL! Many of my friends prayed with me that such a job would be out there for me, in fact there were times we even prayed right there at work right before Ellis Brooks closed. But let's be honest, did such a job really exist?? Turns out such jobs do exist! I started my journey with Aflac after learning, This company has been in the top of the most ethical companies to work for for 18yrs in a row. This company gives more to children's cancer research and Saint Judes than any other company in the world. Aflac Is not a company that boast about the money they spend in charitable donations. The founders and CEO's of Aflac do not advertise their contributions so it is not mis understood that they do this to promote more sales. It is legitimate that the heart behind the giving is genuine. I will probably be in trouble if they ever saw my post, LOL!
Here's what brought me here. Over the years and years of Aflac in our community we have some amazing local reps, The Jim Kutzer family have been Aflac reps in our town for years and they are WONDERFUL!. Specifically speaking of the "outside our demographic area", there have been a lot of agents that have not had the follow through or understanding of our very unique area. The biggest concern I hear is "the agent came, and we never have seen them again". Or, "I have Aflac but I have never filed a claim because I do not know how". I will be building a team of agents in this area that will be gearing the focus to service our area". That is my promise! I am asking my friends to help promote my new adventure and refer your friends, family, businesses and even yourself to me and let me show you the incredible solutions my company can offer you to protect your number one investments, YOU!!!
