Bought Annawan off the MLS with my friend Rollin Gosney of ReMax it was a bank owned property foreclosure. I fixed it up with my brothers and lived in it for two years. The property became the highest sold house on the street becoming the benchmark for the neighborhood. Ranches and 3 bedroom houses bring in the biggest pool of potential buyers for your flip due to families and people that don’t want to do steps with a two story. Hope you like the pictures.

Straley flip this was an interesting one. I got it from a bandit sign terry put out in austintown area. Lady asked for 95k I said I could do 50k she said no. A month later she accepted the 50k after a divorce. House needed 8k in rehab costs which included: needs new Landscaping, new kitchen tile, new countertop, new bathroom tile, new carpet in bedrooms, new paint in bedrooms, cleaned out, a new backyard fence, pressure washed and it was good to go. The buyer moved in from Texas and rented it from us for two months while it was in closing. A little risky but it worked out.
