Edward Jones - Financial Advisor: Chris Day

Edward Jones - Financial Advisor: Chris Day You matter! My desire to treat others the way I want to be treated is paramount in this branch office.

Among the many lessons I learned growing up in a small Midwestern town, respect, honesty and integrity are some of the most important. Since becoming a financial advisor in 2001, I've been blessed with a career that has allowed me to apply these characteristics to help positively and significantly impact the lives of people and my community. My branch office administrator, LeAnne, is a critical pa

rt of my team. We partner with a limited number of families to help them accumulate, protect and transfer wealth in order to build sustainable retirement income and secure their financial impact and legacy. The client experience we deliver emphasizes a results-oriented focus and extraordinary attention to details and follow-through. We use an established process to discover and understand what matters most to our clients, develop and implement personalized strategies, and partner together to help keep them on track throughout their lifetimes. We strive to exceed our clients' expectations and want them to feel fully understood, informed, in control, secure and confident about their most important financial goals. Personally, I enjoy staying active and adopt a "work hard, play hard" approach to life. My amazing wife, Catherine, and I are blessed with five wonderful children between us; Morgan, Emma, Carter, Elena and Nora. We enjoy time together with friends, family game nights, great food and traveling as often as possible. Give me a call today at 765-759-7030 to get started establishing your own personalized financial strategy. Member SIPC.

As investors look beyond Middle East tensions, U.S. economic fundamentals are coming into sharper focus, driven by an accelerating AI investment and robust corporate profit growth, reinforcing the constructive case for equities. However, elevated inflation may keep rate cuts off the table and limit near-term progress in bond markets.

Senior Economist James McCann explains what this could mean for investors in our Weekly Market Wrap.

This marks Yorktown’s third consecutive year being awarded funding through the Community Crossings Matching Grant Program, which provides a dollar-for-dollar match to help expand local road improvements. These highly competitive grants allow the Town to do more work each year while carefully stewarding local tax dollars.

Beginning this year, eligibility for the Community Crossings program requires communities to have a Wheel Tax in place. Because Yorktown's Council implemented this for 2026, we will be able to continue pursuing these matching grants and bringing state dollars into our community to support local infrastructure improvements.

Over the past two years, Yorktown has completed improvements on key corridors including Broadway, 600 West, 500 West, Nebo Road, Isanogel, and W Cornbread Road, strengthening major routes throughout the community.
