Did you know that our own John Dietz, Insurance Agent spent many years as a professional chef before entering in the insurance world? If you have a restaurant and are looking for new coverage- he's your guy!

Today we're going to play two truths and a lie with John M Dietz.

1.I spent 1 month staging in Thomas Keller's kitchen while he was the consulting chef on Ratatouille

2.During Culinary school, I was preparing a hollandaise sauce for my Chef Instructor to taste for a grade...as I walked over to deliver the sauce to him, I spilled the entire dish on his desk. He tasted the spilled sauce from the pages of a book on his desk and told me "Your sauce is excellent, but your presentation needs work."

3.During my culinary career, I cooked for some famous people, including Kevin Bacon, Jessica Biel, Condoleezza Rice, and Peewee Herman.

On this gloomy Wednesday we’re going to play another round of two truths and a lie!

If you don’t know, Stacey Bluett enjoys genealogy and researching the connections to her ancestors. Which of the following is a lie?

Stacey’s grandfather was best friends with James Stewart (actor in the Christmas classic It’s a Wonderful Life) throughout his life.

One line of Stacey’s heritage traces back to German immigrants who came to the Lancaster area in the 1700s and later settled in York, where they owned and operated a farm. Stacey lived in York for 20 years before discovering that the land she lives on was once part of her family’s farm in the 1800s. In fact, the cemetery outside the prison on Concord Road is the final resting place for family members from the farms that eventually came together—Strickler, Miller, and others. Some of her relatives are buried there.

Stacey’s uncle (by marriage) is the great-great-great grandnephew of Thomas Green Clemson, founder of Clemson University.
