Today we are celebrating an incredible milestone. Cathy Herbert marks 16 years with Hemisphere Financial Group in her role as Operations Director 💙👏
Aside from our founder Dan, Cathy has been with the practice longer than anyone. Her impact is felt in everything we do. From refining systems to creating structure behind the scenes, Cathy helps ensure our team delivers an exceptional experience to every client, every time 📈✨

Outside the office, Cathy enjoys hiking with her goldendoodle, Willow 🐾, spending time with family ❤️, and traveling to Oregon 🌲. Time there means adventure, nature, and making memories with her children Karla and Zachary.
