Downtown Chambersburg's Inc.'s inaugural Martin's Potato Roll Drop will begin at 5 p.m. at Chambers Fort Park, 40 Spring St. The family-friendly event will celebrate the new year early, with the Martin's Potato Rolls being lowered via crane at 9 p.m.
