Announcement - to all of our customers. You should have received a letter that your insurance was moved to an agent name Abel Duran in Moreno Valley. That is correct, Carlos did retire and Abel is the new owner now. Devan Wright, who has been with the Yorba Linda office for 14 years, is the main agent now and still at the Yorba Linda office. everything remains the same, same location same phone number. We have two locations now. please continue to call the Yorba Linda office and visit that location if you live locally. Devan ‘s email is now [email protected] and office line is 714-701-6411.

FARMERS ISNT LEAVING CALIFORNIA!

I know many have heard that Farmers Insurance DIRECT is pulling out of California. I want to be clear that this is NOT the Farmers Insurance you think it is. It is a subsidiary of the Farmers family that was direct to consumer, where you had no agent and you called into a call center.

It’s a completely different business.

Our team and every other Farmers Insurance Agency are still here to help you and your families.

While there are eligibility changes and restrictions we’re constantly dealing with right now, the company has taken appropriate action to work toward correcting the issues we are facing as an industry right now.

We are here, and we are still very open for business. 💙
