The Marion County Farm Bureau Women’s Committee presented Flippin Elementary School with books for every classroom and the library in support the agricultural literacy program. This program also known as "Ag in the Classroom," aim to educate K-12 students on the source of their food, fiber, and fuel through resources, grants, and teacher workshops.

Pictured here are Mrs. Cheryl Blasdel, Marion County Farm Bureau Women’s Committee chairman and Mrs. Jennifer Bauss, Flippin Elementary Library Media Specialist during the book presentation. This year’s book selection was “I Love Blueberries” written by Shannon Anderson and illustrated by Jaclyn Sinquett.
