The successful candidate will be responsible for calculating and printing a closing document package and following it until purchase from an investor.

The position entails:
Knowledge of the mortgage or real estate purchase/sale process.
Attention to detail in preparation and review of mortgage documents.
Following up with and coordinating closings with title companies.
Following up with investors to whom loans were sold and clearing purchase conditions.
Obtaining recorded documents and final title policies and forwarding them to the appropriate investors
Additional responsibilities may include assisting in other areas from loan processing to underwriting as they may arise.
Good computer and math skills.
Federal Background check required.

2 month training offered for anyone with the base knowledge of the mortgage or Real Estate process.

30-Year Mortgage Rates Fall Below 3%

The average rate on a 30-year fixed mortgage fell to 2.98%, mortgage-finance giant Freddie Mac said, its lowest level in almost 50 years of record keeping. It is the third straight week and the seventh time this year that rates on America’s most popular home loan have hit a fresh low.
