VISITORS MUST BE BY APPOINTMENT ONLY UNLESS PICKING UP RETURN! IF YOU DON'T HAVE AN APPOINTMENT, YOU'RE NOT SUPPOSED TO BE IN THE BUILDING, BUILDING RULES!!!!
Due to lack of help needed throughout a short time frame, she would wish to hold off on new customers until she feels it's safely thought that most return clients have filed! Later in the season, she may see new customers, it will not be a promise or to do so. Keep in touch, if by chance she does start accepting these customers, you will be scheduled!
Many will ask "HOW CAN I SPEAK TO TINA" Please understand that in previous years she had sufficient help and less clientele as well, now trying to be certain all return customers have gotten the opportunity to file on time, she can not stop or hold up the process to speak to anyone. Although she would love to speak, help, answer concerns for each person, it's just not possible with her to do so and get everyone filed too. She does give financial advising and any help throughout the year, however tax season isn't that available time! PLEASE DON'T ASK TO SPEAK WITH HER, IF YOU HAVE CONCERNS THAT NEED TO BE ADDRESSED, WRITE THEM DOWN AND INCLUDE THEM WITHIN YOUR FOLDER WITH OTHER DOCUMENTS. She will answer them accordingly or if needed reach out to you, herself.
Also, our office is currently accepting applications and interviewing candidates who are familiar with data entry, can pass a drug and criminal background check. Positions are seasonal, must have fluent knowledge with using computer programming, Windows. Training starts Saturday Dec 27th throughout Jan 2. Training is paid time and may be a couple hours or several hours, but after being trained it will be determined by not only our office but yourself as well, if you're in the possibility of a position, you will be placed with a schedule, if not you will immediately be paid for your training time.
