Job Responsibilities:
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email.
• Provide information about insurance policies, coverage details, and claims processes.
• Assist clients with policy changes, updates, and renewals.
• Investigate and resolve customer issues or concerns with empathy and professionalism.
• General administrative tasks
You must hold a valid Property & Casualty insurance license or be willing to obtain quickly in order to be considered for the position. Prior insurance experience is a plus but not required. This is a full time position based in Emmett, MI.
