So today, here is what I see...the average 30 year mortage was 4.3875%...that's is the average...and there are rates are even lower. I know it is hard to move forward when you are bombarded with the yo-yo-yoing stock market and economic news. But if that perfect house is out there and in your horizon...there are indicators for Yakima that are positive. Reach out and continue to think positive!

Hang in there Yakima...our economy continuously goes in cycles. Our politicians just need to think of this economy like we do our home budget...both locally and nationally...tighten our belts. Now for some good news, today we heard there are mortgage rates in Yakima for 30 year term below 4%. That isn't just good news, it is spectacular!
