We are thrilled to officially announce Fund 17's newest acquisition: Park at Eagle Creek!

Nestled alongside the 5,300-acre beauty of Eagle Creek Park, this community is the ideal home base for those who value both natural scenery and neighborhood convenience. From morning hikes to weekend matches on the new pickleball courts, we are cultivating a lifestyle that offers something for everyone.

With a $3.3 million renovation now underway, we plan to elevate the resident experience inside and out. Exterior enhancements include refreshed landscaping, resurfaced asphalt, and new agility equipment for the Bark Park. Inside, we are introducing high-end modernizations to many of our units, featuring quartz countertops, luxury cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and premium LVP flooring.

We’re excited to bring these upgrades to our residents while also focusing on strong operational performance and long-term value for our investors.
