Our team at Discovery FCU kicked off the 2026-2027 Greater Reading Reality Fairs with Governor Mifflin High School to teach future generations how to show up in the world feeling confident about financial literacy! 🧠💪 This time, with some new Discovery FCU staff in attendance, too!

🧥 OUR ANNUAL COAT DRIVE IS BACK!

In honor of National Recovery Month, Discovery Federal Credit Union is proud to once again support Pennsylvania Adult & Teen Challenge (PAATC) and the Naaman Network with our annual coat drive.

Many individuals entering treatment arrive with little to no personal belongings. A simple coat can provide more than warmth—it can offer a reminder that their community is behind them.

Help us make the journey to recovery a little warmer by donating new or gently used adult-size coats for men and women.

This past weekend, the Discovery FCU team rallied, raced, and showed up for a great cause at the Hear Our Voices Team Holly 5K, organized by Breast Cancer Support Services of Berks County !

We love coming out to this event each year to cheer on the runners and walkers, hand out our signature pink towels, and get to chat with new and familiar faces (we're talking to you, Slapshot Reading Royals 😉). There’s something so special about seeing so many people come together to walk, run, and rally behind such an impactful and important cause 🎀💗

Thank you to everyone who stopped by to say hello 👋 and participated in making this year’s event such a memorable one.
