As it gets colder outside. Cold enough to crank the heat?
First, check your HVAC and change filters. Inspect your furnace and venting for signs of wear or hire a licensed heating professional to help.
If you have pets it's recommended to change each a month. Every 1-3 month for the standard 1-inch furnace filter.
Every 6-12 months for thicker 4-5 inch media filters (check the manufacturer's recommendation).
