As an online application support specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers via phone, email, and chat.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshoot customer issues and provide solutions
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work remotely
- Ability to work independently and as part of the team
