Here’s our new property purchased today in New Oxford PA. This home is perfect for someone that is looking for a more remote and peaceful life. It sits along the Conewago creek and has a picturesque view from the sliding glass door in the back of the house. It is 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom with a large living room. There is also a “summer home” with 2 large rooms for extra guests to stay in. A large shed for storage sits on the property as well. I have a feeling this will be a really quick sale once we get the repairs and remodel done. Here are some photos of the Halifax house that I took this past weekend. Looks like the only thing left to get done is finishing up the bathrooms and some small cleanups in a few areas. Also, the brick area in the kitchen will be getting some butcher block installed and a shelf put in that will serve as a space for a microwave. The front porch was repointed and bricked - looks AMAZING! This house is already under contract, purchased before it was even listed on the market!
