That “FED Fund Rate” 📉 which lowered for the 3rd straight time today is looking nice, but don’t be fooled 🤔 into thinking that’s what’s available on the mortgage rates side. Although this is positive news for the outlook of I don’t think we’ll be seeing rates in the 3’s this year.
