We're hiring a VP, Producing Mortgage Sales Manager to support the continued growth of our mortgage team across Central Massachusetts!
This leadership role combines team management with personal production, and we’re seeking an experienced mortgage professional who understands the local market and maintains strong referral relationships. The ideal candidate brings deep mortgage expertise, a commitment to community engagement, and a proven ability to drive results.
Key strengths we’re looking for:
-Established presence in Worcester County with strong Center of Influence relationships.
-Proven production history and experience leading a sales team.
-Deep knowledge of mortgage products, guidelines, and compliance.
-Ability to coach Mortgage Loan Officers, build relationships, and represent the bank in the community.
This position includes a compensation structure aligned with both individual and team production, reflecting the impact this leader has on overall mortgage growth.
