Last week, Western Reserve Group welcomed our annual Agency Advisory Board to the beautiful Glenmoor Country Club in Canton, Ohio!

We appreciated the opportunity to bring together agents from across Ohio and Indiana for a day focused on collaboration, feedback, and forward-thinking conversations. Employees came together for our annual on-campus NAMI 5K Walk for Wellness in support of mental health awareness. This year, WRG employees raised nearly $3,000 for NAMI Wayne and Holmes Counties through participation and fundraising efforts.

This past Tuesday, we welcomed the next generation into our workplace for a day of fun, learning, and hands-on experiences at our 7th Annual Bring Your Child to Work Day. Kids took part in activities and games designed to spark curiosity and learning. 🎯📚

We also partnered again this year with Wayne County Health Department-Ohio, who shared how they protect and serve while teaching kids how to make a positive impact to their community. 🚓💙

To wrap up the day, the kids shadowed their parents and got a glimpse into life at WRG. This event is one way we give back by building strong future leaders. 💪
