What an unforgettable weekend for Robert and Leslie!

Thanks to our partners at Gradient Financial Group they recently had the opportunity to attend the 52nd American Music Awards in Las Vegas. Between meeting new people, strengthening industry relationships, and enjoying one of music's biggest nights, it was truly a special experience.

One of the highlights of the trip was Leslie's chance to meet Billy Idol, who was honored with the Lifetime Achievement Award during the ceremony.

A heartfelt thank you to Gradient for their generosity and hospitality throughout the weekend. It was a memorable experience that Robert and Leslie will be talking about for years to come.

Yesterday felt exactly the way we hoped it would.

The sun was shining, the office was full, and throughout the afternoon we had the chance to celebrate our Medina Open House, Ribbon Cutting Ceremony, and the launch of Robert's new book, The Clear Retirement Solution, alongside clients, friends, family, and community members.

A special thank you to the Greater Medina Chamber of Commerce for helping us commemorate the occasion with our ribbon cutting ceremony. We are grateful for the warm welcome and support from the Medina community.

There were plenty of memorable moments - from Robert cutting the ribbon and popping his first bottle of champagne to seeing guests leave with signed copies of The Clear Retirement Solution - but what we'll remember most is how the day felt after the last guest had gone home, the balloons had come down, and the last of the food had been put away.

There was a quiet sense that something meaningful had been celebrated. Not just a new office, a new book, or a ribbon cutting, but the relationships, trust, and support that helped make it all possible. As the day came to a close, we couldn't help but feel that this is exactly where we're supposed to be.

Thank you to everyone who spent part of their day with us, enjoyed food from ParTake Kitchen, shared a conversation, picked up a signed book, or simply stopped by to celebrate. It was a beautiful afternoon, and we're grateful to have shared it with so many wonderful people. 💙

“Processing and back office work. A lot of what I do happens behind the scenes, but it helps keep everything organized and moving the way it should.”

“Probably something with horticulture. I’ve always enjoyed working with plants and being outside.”

“I’m a thermostat, not a thermometer.”

“Allergy pills. Unfortunately, they’re basically a desk accessory at this point.”

“Growing succulents"

“Probably working as a political and intelligence analyst for a think tank."

“Creating firework shows. I probably put more planning into them than most people would.”

We’re proud to celebrate Joe Reynolds on officially graduating from Leadership Wooster! 🎉

Over the last 10 months, Joe has had the chance to step outside the day-to-day and get a firsthand look at the people, organizations, and leadership that help shape the Wooster community we’re proud to call home.

Programs like Leadership Wooster do a great job of bringing together individuals who care about making a meaningful impact, creating connections, and better understanding the challenges and opportunities within our community.
