A quick update from our side at Kennedy Morgan Group—
After building and growing Wooster Works over the past couple of years, we have officially transitioned ownership of the business to Dr. Scott and Christina Mollison, effective April 1.
What started as a simple idea—create a place where good people could do meaningful work together—grew into something much more meaningful: a true community of entrepreneurs, operators, and small businesses in Wooster.
That’s why this transition mattered.
This wasn’t just about completing a transaction.
It was about finding the right long-term stewards.
Christina and Scott (owners of Thunderhead Pines) deeply understand the role that spaces like this play in a community, and their approach is closely aligned with what made Wooster Works special in the first place.
The priority throughout was clear:
• Preserve the community and culture
• Maintain operational continuity
• Ensure long-term alignment
And importantly, Terra Aten will continue as Community Manager, providing recognizable face for members.
At Kennedy Morgan Group, we believe strong businesses are built on strong foundations—people, community, and aligned ownership.
This transition reflects that philosophy.
We will continue our work within KMG, continuing to focus on partnering with and building businesses that have the potential to endure and grow.
We’re proud of what’s been built at Wooster Works—and confident in what comes next!
