FRANKLIN BANK EXPANDS COMMERCIAL LENDING TEAM WITH ADDITION OF BRIAN TIMBERMAN
Franklin Bank is pleased to announce that Brian Timberman has joined the bank as Vice President Commercial Lender, strengthening its commercial lending platform and reinforcing its commitment to supporting the growth and success of businesses throughout the communities it serves.
Brian has nearly 40 years of experience in commercial banking and business finance, with a strong background in commercial and industrial lending, commercial real estate financing, treasury management relationships, and business credit structuring. Throughout his career, Brian has partnered with business owners, developers, and operators to deliver tailored financing solutions that support expansion, acquisition, construction, and long-term capital needs.
In his new role, Brian will focus on originating and managing commercial real estate loans, owner-occupied business financing, construction lending, equipment financing, working capital lines of credit, and other commercial credit solutions. He will work closely with local businesses to structure credit facilities that align with operational goals and long-term growth strategies, while leveraging Franklin Bankโs relationship-driven and locally focused decision-making approach.
A long-term resident of Salem County, Timberman currently resides in Pittsgrove with his wife Alicia.
