My focus this week is on safety plays as COVID 19 fears continue to rapidly rise, mask plays from Pence's conference recommending mandatory mask usage, and then my usual run of Biotech mayhem which just happens to have a very big week ahead of us.



Remark Holdings Inc delivers an integrated suite of AI solutions that enable businesses and organizations to solve problems, reduce risk and deliver positive outcomes. The company's easy-to-install AI products are being rolled out in a range of applications within the retail, financial, public safety, and workplace arenas. The company also owns and operates digital media properties that deliver relevant content and e-commerce solutions. The group operates in one segment namely Technology & Data Intelligence segment which provides products and services to customers based upon the data collected and processed by its proprietary data intelligence software.

+ Remark is in a really special place right now, they are set to be one of the possible companies to take full advantage of the world's economy needing to recover from COVID 19, forever changed, safety is a priority with thermal screening and immediate testing in high traffic and many businesses so that people feel safe to be there.

+ Remark also has highly anticipated Q1 earnings set to release on Monday July 6th after the close, no estimations have been released at this time, which could change a lot for my perspective, but I expect a speedy runup this short 4-day week and again Monday July 6th leading into the earnings release.



Below are some other tickers I expect to have positive weeks ahead based on safety needed in place.

Because of this, I expect the following tickers to get some positive uptrending this week.









Ideanomics Inc is a global company focused on facilitating the adoption of commercial electric vehicles and developing next-generation financial services and Fintech products. Its electric vehicle division, Mobile Energy Global (MEG) provides group purchasing discounts on commercial electric vehicles, EV batteries and electricity as well as financing and charging solutions. Ideanomics Capital includes DBOT ATS and Intelligenta which provide financial services solutions powered by AI and blockchain. Geographically, the company generates a majority of its revenue from the United States.

+ Last week was crazy for Ideanomics, they had a serious uptrend as expected until HindenburgRes, a short selling fund, released a lot of information detailing $IDEX as a fraud. This tanked the stock down to its current value.

+ Over the weekend Ideanomics themselves fought back, releasing a video and other information confirming they are in fact not a fraud and in very good shape. Take this for what you will however. This has been circulated a lot on twitter.

I'm looking for a nice spike up off the weekends rebuttal with a very nice downside short following as bagholders unload their shares.





Kitov Pharma Ltd is a development stage biopharmaceutical company. It focuses on the development of KIT-302, a combination drug for the simultaneous treatment of two clinical conditions pain caused by osteoarthritis and hypertension; and NT219 which is a fixed-dose combination of two drug products that treat osteoarthritis pain and hypertension simultaneously. The company's operating segment include Pain and Hypertension and Oncology, It generates maximum revenue from the Pain and Hypertension segment.

+ Rumors of the Merck ($MRK) and Kitov deal flying high on twitter this weekend, I expect a continued uptrend for $KTOV. Remember though buy the rumor, sell the news.





$CHK started the process of bankruptcy this weekend, this has been long expected to happen so keep that in mind. That being said the bankruptcy sector is seriously hot right now and this has the float to move. Play the price action accordingly.





ObsEva SA is a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on the development and commercialization of novel therapeutics for serious conditions that compromise a woman's reproductive health and pregnancy. The company is focused on providing therapeutic solutions for women between the ages of 15 and 49 who suffer from reproductive health conditions that affect their quality of life, ability to conceive or that complicate pregnancy and the health of newborns. The is developing OBE2109 as a novel, oral gonadotropin-releasing hormone, or GnRH, receptor antagonist, for the treatment of pain associated with endometriosis and heavy menstrual bleeding associated with uterine fibroids in pre-menopausal women.

+ ObsEva is set to release Phase 3 PRIMROSE 1, 6-month primary endpoint results and PRIMROSE 2 twelve-month data for Linzagolix in uterine fibroids.

Watch for uptrending leading into the news which I believe will be released Tuesday, then depending on the results, watch out. UPDATE Conference Call Scheduled Monday July 6th at 8am to discuss results, exepct a nice runup to this call







+ Novavax is scheduled to release top-line data from Matrix M vaccine adjuvant, which is a key component of Serum Institute of India's malaria vaccine candidate. I believe this release will be on Tuesday. Expecting positive results, $NVAX to me however is overextended at this time.





Zynerba Pharmaceuticals Inc together with its subsidiary is a pharmaceutical company which is focused on developing and commercializing proprietary next generation synthetic cannabinoid therapeutics formulated for transdermal delivery. Its product candidates are ZYN001 and ZYN002. The company has initiated a clinical trial for both the product candidates.

+ Zynerba is expected to release topline data from the pivotal CONNECT-FX trial that is evaluating Zygel in Fragile X syndrome.

+ Zynerba had very positive results last time, and I expect the same again.





Iterum Therapeutics PLC is a pharmaceutical company. The company is engaged in developing and commercializing sulopenem to be the first and only oral and intravenous branded penem available globally. Its sulopenem program has the potential to offer a solution to the problem of antibiotic resistance and the toxicity limitations of existing agents.

+ Iterum is due to release Phase 3 topline results from sulopenem clinical trials in uncomplicated urinary tract infections.

Nice low price, low float, phase 3 results, I expect some action here one way or the other.





Cerecor Inc is a biopharmaceutical company with commercial operations and research and development capabilities. The Company is building a robust pipeline of innovative therapies in neurology, pediatric healthcare, and orphan rare diseases. The Company is also developing three other neurological clinical and preclinical stage compounds. The Company's pediatric orphan rare disease pipeline is led by CERC-801, CERC-802 and CERC-803. The Company also markets prescription drugs that treat a range of pediatric diseases, disorders and conditions. Cerecor's prescription drugs include Millipred, Ulesfia, Karbinal ER, AcipHex Sprinkle and Cefaclor for Oral Suspension. The Company has marketed medical device, Flexichamber.

+ Cerecor is due to release initial data readout from the Phase 1 trial of CERC-802 in healthy volunteers.





Inovio Pharmaceuticals Inc is a United States based biotechnology company that develops active DNA-based immunotherapies and vaccines to treat and prevent cancers and infectious diseases. The company is engaged in gene therapy, where its immunotherapy platform consists of DNA-based immunotherapy and electroporation delivery technologies.

+ Inovio will release interim Phase 1 data for its coronavirus vaccine candidate INO-4800.

+ After Inovio's DOD contract news last week I expect good news from the coronavirus vaccine report, very big news here could make a break $INO.

This week's focus for me are some important conferences around Biotech.

+ The American Association of Cancer Research, or AACR is holding its anual meeting II June 22-24, this one is important and a lot of different companies are presenting here. Cancer moves the stock price.

+ American Thoracic Society or ATS has a notable clinical trials session on June 24th

SINTX Technologies Inc is a commercial biomaterial company, focuses on using its silicon nitride technology platform to develop, manufacture and sell a range of medical devices. It is also engaged in developing wear- and corrosion-resistant implant components for hip and knee arthroplasty. The company markets and sells its products to surgeons and hcectly, as well as through a network of independent sales distributors. It derives its revenue primarily from the sale of spinal fusion and fixation devices and related products used in the treatment of spine disorders.



+ Over the weekend SINTX TECHNOLOGIES "ANNOUNCED SARS-COV-2 TESTING RESULTS" "The preliminary results are encouraging," said Dr. Sonny Bal, CEO of SINTX. "The antiviral data are consistent with the well-established anti-bacterial properties of SINTX's silicon nitride, and with previously reported effectiveness against several single-strand RNA viruses. Additional testing at independent, outside laboratories is in progress to corroborate the effectiveness of silicon nitride against SARS-CoV-2."

A merger between Astra of Sweden and Zeneca Group of the United Kingdom formed AstraZeneca in 1999. The company sells branded drugs across several major therapeutic classes, including gastrointestinal, diabetes, cardiovascular, respiratory, cancer, and immunology. The majority of sales come from international markets with the United States representing close to one third of its sales.



+ AstraZeneca is set to present Phase 3 ETHOS trial data for triple-combination therapy Breztri Aerosphere, formerly PT010, in patients with moderate to very severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.

DelMar Pharmaceuticals Inc is a clinical and commercial-stage drug development company, which focuses on the research and development of drugs for the treatment of cancer. The company's principal product candidate includes VAL-083, a small-molecule chemotherapeutic agent, which is in clinical trials stage for the treatment of refractory glioblastoma multiforme, a form of brain cancer. It also has a strategic collaboration with Guangxi Wuzhou Pharmaceutical for the development of VAL-083 used in treating chronic myelogenous leukemia and lung cancer. All the business activity of the firm is functioned through the region of Canada.



+ DelMar Pharmaceuticals is due to present data from separate Phase 2 trials of dianhydrogalactitol (VAL-083) in patients with newly diagnosed MGMT-unmethylated glioblastoma as well as in patients with MGMT-unmethylated, bevacizumab-naïve glioblastoma in the recurrent or adjuvant setting.



I tried to find more information on when they will be making their presentations but wasn't able to find anything concrete. The AACR conference is the 22nd - 24th, I could expect a runup possibly into the news with appropriate price action afterwards. Keep in mind it is two separate Phase 2 results so it is also possible for one to be good and one to be bad causing weird price action.

Chiasma Inc is a biopharmaceutical company that focuses on improving the lives of patients who face challenges associated with existing treatments for their rare and debilitating diseases. Its product candidate includes octreotide capsule which has completed Phase III clinical trial and it is being developed for the potential treatment of acromegaly, a rare, debilitating disease. The company offers its products in the United States and the European Union.

vTv Therapeutics Inc is located in the United States under the healthcare sector. Its main business model is the development of orally administered small molecule drug candidates for the treatment of neurological disorders such as Alzheimer's disease as well as treatments for Diabetes. Its major drug candidate to treat Alzheimer's is azeliragon (TTP488), an orally administered drug. For Diabetes you have TTP399, a type II diabetes drug candidate. Its gene therapy is a technology that seeks to correct a faulty gene by providing a healthy gene replacement, through a single treatment, resulting in the expression of a therapeutic protein that was otherwise not being produced.

+ IVERIC bio is set to Announce Zimura:registered: 18 Month Data from the OPH2003 Phase 3 Clinical Trial in Geographic Atrophy Secondary to Age-Related Macular Degeneration and Host Conference Call on Monday, June 15, 2020 at 8am EST

+ Block Trade: ISEE 696,106 @ $3.84 took place at 4:05pm Friday June 12th

The block trade on Friday only leads me to believe that someone knows something we don't about the results on this conference call and that they expect them to be very good, I mean that's over $2.6Million spent on a single trade. Follow. The. Money. Either way, with it being the Phase 3 results from an 18 month long clinical trial you can expect major price action in either direction depending on the news.





Evoke Pharma Inc is a specialty pharmaceutical company focused on the development of drugs to treat gastrointestinal, or GI, disorders and diseases. It's flagship product, Gimoti, is a novel nasal spray formulation of metoclopramide designed to provide systemic delivery of the molecule through the nasal mucosa. Currently metoclopramide tablets and injection are the only products approved in the United States to treat the symptoms associated with acute and recurrent diabetic gastroparesis.

+ Evoke Pharma Inc (NASDAQ:EVOK) has a PDUFA date for its Gimoti to treat women with acute and recurrent diabetic gastroparesis. (Friday)

The caveat here is that the FDA has already rejected Gimoti once before, Evoke the necessary changes and resubmitted it for this second time around. News here could go either way, be prepared.





Zosano Pharma Corp is a clinical-stage specialty pharmaceutical company. It has developed a transdermal microneedle patch system to deliver its formulations of existing drugs through the skin for the treatment of various indications. The company only operating segment being developing human pharmaceutical products. All the business activities of the firm is functioned through the market of the United States. Its product includes Qtrypta (M207) which is a formulation of zolmitriptan delivered utilizing an Adhesive Dermally-Applied Microarray technology.

+ Zosano Pharma to Showcase New Post-hoc Analyses of Qtrypta's (M207) Clinical Trial Data Comparing Key Efficacy Results From the Pivotal Study and the Open-label Long Term Safety Study on the 2020 American Headache Society's Virtual Annual Scientific Meeting Platform. See attached file.

M207 can be used to treat migraines, which tends to be a price moving treatment.





Genius Brands International Inc is a content and brand management company. It's a media company that creates and licenses animated multimedia entertainment content. The firm distributes its content in all formats as well as a broad range of consumer products based on its characters. In the children's media sector, its portfolio features content with a purpose for toddlers to tweens. This content includes baby genius, rainbow rangers, Netflix llama Llama, spacepop, Warren Buffett's secret millionaire's club, Thomas Edison's secret lab, and Stan Lee's cosmic crusaders. The company also acts as a licensing agent for certain brands, leveraging its existing licensing infrastructure. It generates a majority of its revenue from Television and Home Entertainment and Licensing and Royalties.

+ Over the weekend Kartoon Channel launched on several platforms with its official launch being Monday, June 16th. I already have this on my main TV and both of my kid's tablets and they are already addicted.

+ Off the SEC Filing Friday it looks to be that Genius Brands is gearing up for another offering, I wouldn't be surprised if it comes Monday or early this week.

I'm expecting a nice uptrend early Monday morning for some nice gains but I would sell early here, don't hold as the offering is coming. Dip buying off the offering however is going to be a fantastic chart trade and even swing opportunity.





Both of these remain on my watchlist due to COVID-19 wave 2 incoming and the need for safety measures to be in place going forward throughout the world. Both companies have a proven product at this point and not some pump bu****it even though the stocks may be valued higher than they should be CURRENTLY. These are longterm/swings to me, however there is PLENTY of chart action and volatility to be had along the way.

WEEKLY WATCHLIST 6/7 - 6/13/2020

$CLDX Celldex Therapeutics Inc (NASDAQ:CLDX): As expected if you read my watchlist last week, this weekend Celldex presented that its "KIT Inhibitor CDX-0159 Demonstrates Profound, Sustained Dose-dependent Reductions in Plasma Tryptase—an Indicator of Mast Cell Burden—and a Favorable Safety Profile". Last week it managed to set a new 52wk high in the wee hours of the 4am pre-market, and I am expecting it to breakout past Monday morning with some nice price action following. CHART TRADE

$LK Luckin Coffee Inc (NASDAQ:LK): Luckin has been on the serious swing this past week with tons of upwards momentum only to be halted by some terrible news this weekiend as Luckin Boss Lu Zhengyao is reported to Face Criminal Charges for Financial Fraud as emails have been found now linking him directly to the fraud investigations from March/April. Previously Chairman Lu was not implicated in this matter. Expect some serious volatile action in the early week off this news and who knows what to expect beyond that on this Chinese Rollercoaster Caffeine Ride.

$BCRX BioCryst Pharmaceuticals Inc (NASDAQ:BCRX): BioCryst Pharma has been in a bit of a slump lately after its really good first half of May. Chart action already had BCRX poised to bounce off its current level of support but you also have 4 Directors of the board buying shares last Wednesday, as well as positive news on two of their medications early Saturday morning shows that BCRX is poised for a big move/swing up. SWING or CHART TRADE

$XSPA XpresSpa Group Inc (NASDAQ:XSPA): XpresSpa is not my favorite ticker. In fact, they suck, but they have been a twit for a t**t this weekend on stocktwits just like last week and other social media platforms are still pumping this thing up. With the reopening of the country in full swing, expect $XSPA to continue its upwards trend but beware of the offering. SWING or CHART TRADE

$NVAX Novavax Inc (NASDAQ:NVAX) Novavax had really big news last Thursday evening with a DOD funding contract in the amount of $60 million. Unfortunately the short sellers won the tug of war Friday seeing NVAX spike in the low 50's only to fade back to the 46's. NVAX now sit at its average price since 2016 but with the DOD funding, new analyst ratings over the weekend had the price target raised To $74 From $61 by B. Riley FBR, and Friday evening a/h NOVAVAX INC: YOUNG JAMES F (Director) Bought 1,500s @ Avg Price: $48.83. Very bullish trending signs for Novavax and it will only be so long before the shorts get squeezed out of their positions. SWING OR CHART TRADE

$NMHLY NMC Health PLC (OTC:NMHLY): Those who know me probably have heard me talk about $NMHLY. Expected results from NMC Health last week just didn't quite get to into the .2s before having a nice FGD on Friday ending up 17%. If the $NMHLY pattern holds thils will be a great swing into mid-week. SWING or CHART TRADE

$TUES Tuesday Morning Corp (NASDAQ:TUES): Tuesday Morning is still having volatility due to its bankrupty issues. Monday $TUES will be delisted and its new ticker will be $TUESQ, following closely in the footsteps of $JCP, will we hear random buyout rumors next? Lots of dips and bounces to be had here. CHART TRADE

$MARK Remark Holdings (NASDAQ:MARK): $MARK Oh $MARK why do I hate thee so... Remark Holdings continues to drive off their thermal scanning technology. Numerous outlets are now being reported as clients to Remark Holdings. From what I can tell, these are all verified and legit including Disney, Comcast, and several Las Vegas Casinos to say the least. Expect a lot of volatility from $MARK in the upcoming week(s) as more and more comes out. $MARK seems to put out a new tweet every day as well and the spikes off those tweets don't seem to be slowing down. The next earnings is unconfirmed for June 19th, and there was some bearish unusual options activity happening Friday evening. Also recent DD has shown that their facial recognition software which used to be ranked in the top 20, is barely ranked inside the top 50 now. That being said, I still feel this will be a very volatile play even without news, but if Remark drops a PR or tweet, expect big gains. CHART TRADE

$WIMI Wimi is involed with 5G Holographic Communication. This is a big big tech for the upcoming years ahead. They are a recent IPO from April and since that IPO have released PR after PR after PR (almost every day and sometimes multiple in a day). Keeping a permanent eye on this one for now. JUST WATCHING FOR NOW
