Position: Service Advocate
Time Requirement
Full time hours per week, plus additional hours as needed if approved by supervisor, to complete specific projects, proposals, and assignments as required by the Ownership and Senior Management of Dentist Direct and/or its Clientele.

As a great written and verbal communicator, they will demonstrate professional customer service and make clients feel valued. Experience with claim processing, insurance, customer service, and dental terminology or coding is preferred. We are a rapidly growing company, so with a strong work ethic and consistency, your responsibilities and job position have the potential to grow with you. The schedule is 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday –Friday. No evenings or weekends required. Compensation package includes benefits (health, dental, vision, life, etc.) Starting Wage is $15+ per hour, depending on experience.
Responsibilities
Daily responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
· Answer calls as presented in a queue along with other agents.
· Assist dental offices, staff, and plan participants with questions and/or concerns
· Post dental claims
· Verify claims data for processing and coordinate with dental offices to ensure complete data
· Process claims using proprietary claims software (Xeos claims platform)
· Work directly eligibility department to address items affecting a member coverage.
· Verify policy compliance and Comply with all company policies.
· Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
· Report problems to applicable department manager

AHT – 5:30
Availability – 90%
First Call Resolution – 70%
Qualifications
High school diploma required; additional computer training will be an asset - Bi-Lingual English/Spanish preferred - Willingness to become an expert in claim policies and procedures - Ability to explain dental claim procedures to others - Typing speed and accuracy - Attention to detail - Organizational skills, with an ability to work independently and stay on task.
We are currently working remotely but when we feel it is best we will return to the office.
