(Can you guess who is who?)

~ California Primary Election • Tuesday, June 2, 2026 ~

Whether you've already mailed your ballot or you're heading to the polls today, thank you! Our vote is our voice.

QUESTION:

Are you more like Ms. Marley or Payton this voting season?

Ms. Marley = Today is the best day ever. I love my sticker!
Payton = Civic duty complete. After careful consideration, of course.

(For the record, Mike and I voted. Ms. Marley and Payton simply provided moral support—they lack the thumbs necessary to cast a ballot even if they wanted to.)

If we're being honest, most of us want a map of the future — in our personal lives and in business.

We want to know how everything will work out, where the road leads, and which turn to take at every fork along the way.

But life doesn't usually hand us a clear map. More often, we're given a lamp — just enough light to see the next step.

As we venture into June, maybe the goal isn't to have the whole journey figured out. Maybe it's to continue building your community, remain open to new opportunities, and take the next step today without fear of tomorrow.

Looking for insights, ideas, and practical strategies to help you navigate what's next?

Today, we pause to honor and remember the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our country.

Their sacrifice secured the freedoms we enjoy each day — freedoms too often taken for granted in the rush of everyday life. This Memorial Day, may we take a moment to reflect, remember, and express gratitude for those who never made it home.

From all of us at Lynn Capital Partners, thank you to our fallen heroes and the families who carry their legacy forward. 🇺🇸

Vision is important.
But eventually, structure, readiness, and clarity have to meet reality.

This month’s LCP newsletter explores that space in between.

From business planning and operational readiness…
To travel dreams turning into actual itineraries…
To honoring veterans through the incredible work of the Dogtopia Foundation…

The common thread is simple:
People are trying to build something better for the future while appreciating the road that got them here.

We would love for you to follow along!

Not everything needs to be forced.
And not everything needs to be figured out all at once.

Sometimes the real work is stepping back long enough to see the road you’ve actually been on—and deciding where you’re going next.

LCP didn’t land here overnight. And we’re still refining our vision. But we are exactly where we’re supposed to be right now—built through relationships, hard lessons, a few “what are we doing?” moments… and a whole lot of refinement (and prayers).

If you’re in the middle of building something and it feels a little messy… you’re not alone.

Reach out. Let LCP be a trusted partner as you think through next steps and options. It takes a village—and we’d be glad to be part of yours.

Opportunity doesn’t usually show up when it’s convenient.

It shows up mid-stride… when things are moving, maybe a little messy, and not quite buttoned up.

That’s where opportunity cost quietly creeps in—not in the decision itself, but in whether you were positioned to make the right choice in line with your vision and goals in the first place.

This month’s newsletter, Opportunity Knocks, is a reflection on that—through business, through community, and through the moments that tend to matter most.

Inside our April ’26 Newsletter:

– ➤ How LCP positions you and your business to be ready when opportunity knocks
– ➤ A look at All Leaders Must Serve and the work they’re doing with our youth — with Big Day of Giving coming up May 7
– ➤ Mike’s latest Between Departures—a look at Purpose, Points, and how they add up (webpage now live: https://lynn-capital.com/between-departures/
)

April is a good reminder—growth doesn’t always come from pushing harder. Sometimes it comes from stepping back, getting the house in order, and then moving forward with intention.

A common example? Businesses that grew quickly without the systems to support them. Financials get messy. Operations become inefficient. And eventually, things stall.

That’s exactly where we come in.

Last month marked a new chapter for Lynn Capital Partners—more focused, more intentional, and built around helping you get organized before the next stage of growth.

Because growth without structure isn’t growth—it’s pressure.
If it’s time to clean things up, take a closer look.

March has a way of revealing things.

On my walks lately with Ms. Marley (CHO) and Payton (HR Director), I’ve noticed weeds starting to sprout in yards that looked perfectly tidy just weeks ago. Nothing dramatic — just small growth happening quietly with the change in season.

Business can work the same way.

Operational gaps.
Cash flow strain.
Unclear processes.

They rarely appear overnight. They surface gradually — when conditions allow.

There is a time for everything. And sometimes, a new season is simply a reminder to pull weeds and strengthen the foundation.

If this is your season to reset or realign, I’m always open to a conversation.

Scan the OR code or visit our Contact Us page today (https://lynn-capital.com/contact/).

Cheers to March!

Leadership requires vision. Progress requires belief.

On Presidents Day, we reflect on the leaders who helped build this great nation — and the responsibility we each carry in building foundations for the future. 💙
