Marlen Videz has worked in the real estate industry for over 24 years, the majority of which as a professional Escrow Officer. She has extensive experience working with agents, lenders, buyers, sellers, mortgage brokers and property managers in the Southern California and San Fernando Valley markets. Over
the last twelve years, her escrow career has evolved through the successful performance of such roles as Escrow Secretary, Junior Escrow Officer, Escrow Officer, and California Department of Corporations Licensed Escrow Officer / Manager. Today, Marlen is a fully licensed Department of Corporations Escrow Officer and is the Escrow Manager for Only Escrow, where her skills move our escrow process along expeditiously and seamlessly. Marlen handles escrow services for all types of real estate transactions. Marlen focuses on working closely with clients that represent all interested parties in an escrow transaction and oversees the entire process from escrow opening to the final signing of documents upon closing of a sales contract. Her in-depth knowledge and years of experience in the escrow field make her a tremendous resource for all of our clients. She is known for her responsive, timely and communicative style and consistently provides unparalleled service and detailed attention to each client and escrow package. Marlen is an active member of the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals and the Co-Treasurer for the San Fernando Valley / Santa Clarita Chapter, National Notary Association. She is a Notary for the State of California and fully bilingual in Spanish and English.
