Welcome to the Team, Jimmy Lockedmonds!

We’re excited to welcome Jimmy Lockedmonds to St. Michael’s as our new Head of Business Development!

Jimmy brings more than 20 years of Federal consulting experience spanning accounting, auditing, business process improvement, business development, and technology integration. A Certified Governmental Financial Manager (CGFM) and Project Management Professional (PMP), he has led complex Federal initiatives, built strategic industry partnerships, and managed a $90M business development pipeline.

In his new role, Jimmy will help lead our business development efforts, strengthen relationships across the Federal marketplace, and identify new opportunities to bring St. Michael’s expertise to the organizations and missions we serve.

What a fantastic day out on the course at the Special Operations Golf Classic at MacDill Air Force Base!

This event supports the U.S. Special Operations Memorial Foundation, a nonprofit organization dedicated to creating an everlasting memorial honoring all Special Operations personnel of all services. It was inspiring to spend the day alongside fellow supporters who share a commitment to recognizing the sacrifice, service, and legacy of these extraordinary warriors.

On our 12th Day of Giving, St. Michael’s is honored to support StreetLight Community Outreach Ministries with a $12,000 donation — because this organization is truly incredible.

StreetLight is a lifeline for people experiencing hunger and homelessness. On the 11th Day of Giving, St. Michael’s donated $4,000 to ACT NOW Education — a true powerhouse for the Military community.

ACT Now Education helps Active Duty members, Veterans, Military Spouses and Dependents, Reservists, and the National Guard level up through career planning, certifications, apprenticeships, and transition support. Their mission is simple and bold: empower through education — and they deliver every single day.

In the spirit of giving, St. Michaels has contributed $4,000 to The Spring of Tampa Bay, marking the 10th day of our charitable giving initiative.

The Spring of Tampa Bay was conceived from a place of compassion and necessity. Founded by four visionary women, it began with a single act of kindness: offering a safe space in a spare bedroom for a friend escaping domestic abuse.

What started as a small network of community support quickly blossomed into Florida's largest domestic violence shelter, offering refuge and healing with 128 beds in its emergency shelter.

The mission of The Spring extends beyond providing immediate shelter. It aims to prevent domestic violence, protect victims, and promote transformative change in lives, families, and communities. Their mantra, "You Are Not Alone", resonates with survivors seeking to rebuild their lives with dignity and strength.

Thank you to the Spring for all that you do for the community.
