Begging for a Google review to get my SCO consulting firm off my back.
Hate to ask my clients, but I am asking. If you feel inclined to give an honest and of course, 5-star review of my insurance services I would sincerely appreciate it. The link to do this follows and thanks in advance for your efforts on my behalf.

Hi All:

As a follow up on my post requiring CT Business to certify with the State of CT if you want to re-open your business – just click on the following link to “self-certify” your business with the state. As far as I know, all businesses are required to self-certify. https://business.ct.gov/recovery

Hope this helps.

United Healthcare Medicare policy holders, recent announcement.

Hi all – UHC just announced for those folks who have an UHC Medicare Advantage plan your primary and specialist copays are waived through the end of September 2020 (they may extend, but for now this is the drop dead date). For those folks who have an AARP supplement, UHC indicated they will “provide both new and renewal premium price stability and support” – so I expect no substantial rate increases for the remainder of 2020. Feel free to make contact if you have any questions.

Medicare Seniors may qualify for a special CT program to save money

For anyone living in CT with Medicare A & B (regardless of supplemental insurance), the State of Connecticut has a program (Medicare Savings Program) that will pay for your Medicare Part B premium and auto enroll you in a federal program to cap your prescription costs. There are three levels in the Medicare Savings Program, and it is only a simple income test to see if you qualify. For more information and to submit an online application, click on the link below. 😊

The State of Connecticut offers financial assistance to eligible Medicare enrollees through our 'Medicare Savings Programs.' These programs may help pay Medicare Part B premiums, deductibles and co-insurance.

How to find out how much you will pay for a surgery (elective procedure) or MRI (test)

Hi all, based on my reading there is a back log for elective procedures/expensive tests due to the close down – my sense this will re open shortly because of the dangers inherent in postponing these type of things for too long. Many of these type of health procedures can be done in a stand alone ambulatory center – and they are closed and can be used if our governing leaders give the ok. So, how can you find out how much you will pay before you do the procedure/test? The process is easy, but a tad wordy to post directly to this message….just click the link to our constant contact account where you can find the info. If this is too wonky for a Facebook posting, just let me know, I will follow up with a video of me making French Toast 😊

Coronavirus Tax Relief and Economic Impact Payments

You can check the status of your Economic Impact Payments (Stimulus) if you have not received it yet. I share this with my small group clients, figured it may help some folks who applied.

We’re committed to helping you get your economic impact, or stimulus, payment as soon as possible. See if you are eligible for an Economic Impact Payment.
