I just had a client call who had been in a car wreck, and it reminded me how important it is to know what to do next. When you’re shaken up and the adrenaline is going, it’s easy to forget.

Once everyone is safe, here’s what you want to document:
📸 Photos and video of both vehicles, including damage and all sides
📸 License plates
📸 The scene, road conditions, traffic signs, and anything nearby that may matter
📝 The other driver’s contact and insurance information
📝 Witness names and contact information
📝 Passenger names and contact information

Only take photos or video when it’s safe. Save this post, or DM me “ACCIDENT” and I’ll send you the checklist to keep on your phone.

I bought my first property in 2016 with no idea where it would eventually take me.

As I kept investing, I ran into another problem: finding the right insurance for my own properties wasn’t always easy.

What are interest rates doing? Well… not what we want them to. 😂

The real question is: Does this property cash flow?

Rates change. Rents change. And a deal that looks just okay today can look a whole lot different five years from now.

I’ve seen it firsthand. One of my properties went from $1,200/month in rent to $2,000/month in less than five years.

Real estate is a long game. Buy right, hold on, and let time build your wealth.

Big things happening in Wolfforth!

There’s a lot of growth coming our way, including a new downtown area on more than 40 acres.

I’m always watching where the growth is happening and thinking about where I might want to buy next. Wolfforth is definitely on my radar.
