We got to pour into the people who pour into kids every day.

Our team ran the latte station at a social worker appreciation event for the Department of Children and Families. Lattes, breakfast, lunch, flower arranging, therapy dogs, cupcake lessons. These folks deserved every bit of it.

Social workers carry so much. It was an honor to show up for them the way they show up for families every single day. If you know one, I hope they felt seen today. 💛

Some causes are worth showing up for.

Amirah's story is one of them. This event brings together people who believe that community means more than just showing up on good days. It means rallying around someone when it matters most, and right now, it matters.

When we talk about wealth with purpose, this is what it looks like in real life. Not just dollars and portfolios, but people investing their time, energy, and heart into something bigger than themselves. That is the kind of legacy worth building.

Freedom declared and freedom delivered are not the same thing.

Juneteenth is a day to honor the resilience of Black Americans and to be honest about the distance between those two moments. It is also a reminder that building generational wealth is an act of resistance, and that everyone deserves access to the tools that make it possible.

At Crossroads, wealth with purpose means something different for every family. We are committed to being a practice where that work belongs to everyone.

Wishing everyone a meaningful Juneteenth. ✊

Money conversations with your partner do not have to be stressful.

Most couples avoid the financial talk because it feels like a fight waiting to happen. But the tension usually is not about money. It is about not having a shared picture of where you are going. Start with the vision, not the budget.

When you both know what you are building toward, the numbers become a tool instead of a source of conflict.

Let's connect and help you build that picture together. Link in bio. 💬

Every family deserves protection. Full stop.

June is Pride Month, and we want to say this clearly: financial planning is for everyone. Every family structure, every household, every person building a life they care about deserves access to the same tools and the same quality of advice.

If you have ever felt like this industry was not built with you in mind, we hear that. We are committed to being different.

Your money is already voting. The question is what it is voting for.

ESG investing lets you align your portfolio with your values while still prioritizing performance. Environmental, social, and governance factors are increasingly tied to long-term returns. Doing good and building wealth are not opposites.

We help families invest with both purpose and strategy. It starts with a conversation.

Fight night with the boys.

Took Antonio and Kalel to the Boston Boxing Promotions match and it was so fun! I also realized that I could never do that :) So grateful for the laughs and moments of amazement like these that you do not plan but never forget.

Life is built in moments like these. We work hard so we can show up for them (and have fun while doing it).🥊

Financial planning was not built for every family. We are changing that.

LGBTQ+ families face specific planning gaps that most advisors overlook. Beneficiary designations, estate documents, survivor benefits, and life insurance structures all look different depending on your family. Getting those details wrong has real consequences.

We plan for the family in front of us, not a template. Everyone is welcome here.

Father’s Day is usually about the wisdom dads pass down to their kids. But honestly? Some of my biggest life lessons have come from my own mistakes—and watching my son, Antonio, grow up in spite of them.

A few humbling truths Antonio has taught me:

- Presence matters more than perfection. I haven't always had every answer, and I’ve definitely stumbled. But I’ve learned he mostly just needed me to show up, be patient, and listen. I try to bring that same perspective to my clients now.

- The long game is worth it. Watching Antonio stay consistent over the years, even when progress felt invisible, is a great reminder for the financial plans we build. The best outcomes take time, not shortcuts.

- Legacy is what you live out loud. Antonio sees my bad days as well as my good ones. How I handle situations and treat people is the real inheritance he gets from me.

I feel like being a dad has made me a better planner. Not because I have all the answers, but because I'm learning to understand the weight of building something that outlasts you.

To every dad out there this month: the fact that you’re thinking about your family's future already puts you ahead. If you want to talk through what that future could look like, we're here.
