The Madison County Cattlemen, Madison County Farm Bureau, AgriVision Equipment, and other community partners are teaming up to sponsor this community blood drive.

🥩 Give blood. Get fed. Save lives.
After donating, each donor will receive a steak sandwich, drink, and side as a thank-you for helping make a difference!

We have a big goal, and we need Madison County to help us get there. Grab a friend, family member, neighbor, or coworker and sign up to donate!

Young Farmer Ostrich Farm Tour, Bison Meal & Bonfire Planned for Aug. 29
Farm Bureau members, approximately ages 18 to 35, and their families are invited to a Young Farmer Ostrich Farm Tour, Bison Meal and Bonfire on Saturday, August 29, near Oskaloosa in Mahaska County. The evening event will feature an ostrich farm tour at Striegel Acres, followed by a bison meal and bonfire at Deep Roots Bison. Kids are encouraged to attend, making this a great opportunity for families to connect with others who share a passion for agriculture. RSVP by Wednesday, August 26 by contacting Bethany De Bruin at 616-902-6631. The event is hosted by IFBF Young Farmer Advisory Committee members from Districts 7 (Austin & Erica Ashbacher) and 8 (Lucas & Bethany De Bruin).
