We are so fortunate because in our great profession we have endless opportunities to help people! Not only do we help them find their smile again, but we also help them achieve a higher quality of life. So, the next time you call a patient who is overdue for their recall or hasn’t followed through with recommended treatment, remember your job is to active listen to the patient’s concerns and help overcome whatever obstacles are preventing them from receiving the care they need. Remember, patients don’t care how much you know until they know how much you care….about them. Have a beautiful weekend everyone!
