Playoffs are officially in the books! 🎳🙌

Last week wrapped up our 6-week Better Off Bowling league. Big shoutout to the team members who filled in as subs, and everyone who came out to cheer us on for the final games!

We had our fair share of strikes (and plenty of open frames 😅), but more than anything, it was just great to hang out outside of work every week and unwind together.

A Finance student at the University of Florida.

Benjamin has been gaining hands-on experience in real estate and private investment valuations, asset management reporting, market research, and due diligence.

His dedication, curiosity, and enthusiasm have made him a valuable part of the Demetree Global team.

We’re proud to highlight,Thiago Pinto, a University of Central Florida student gaining hands-on experience across finance, operations, and commercial real estate at Demetree Global.

Throughout his internship, Thiago has been actively contributing to our team by:
📊 Developing a master spreadsheet of company properties and financial data.
🏢 Supporting research and documentation for a new brokerage.
💼 Assisting with accounts receivable retrievals.

Beyond the office, Thiago has completed two 70-kilometer ultramarathons in Patagonia and an Ironman triathlon—an impressive reflection of his discipline and determination. 🏃‍♂️🚴‍♂️🏊‍♂️

In Thiago’s words:
"What’s stood out the most during my time at Demetree Global is how willing everyone is to let me dig into real problems, not just observe. I’ve learned more about applied finance in a few weeks here than I expected, and I can’t wait to learn more."
