I wanted to share something personal about my journey at Edge Home Finance. I joined the team a year ago, and from day one, I’ve been amazed by the incredible culture we have here. I’ll never forget the day I knew it was time to make a change. It was August of last year, and my company held a meeting that was all doom and gloom. Branches were disappearing quickly. That same day, Edge was hosting its weekly meeting for people considering a switch, and I was invited by someone I’d worked with before. Tom led the meeting, and his positivity was contagious. He spoke about the families he’d helped and the difference we make in people’s lives. It was such a stark contrast to what I’d experienced earlier that day.
