Some days in this industry, or in just life, it’s hard. It’s so much better with clients that make you laugh and treat you like family. This client was purchasing house 2, 3 years ago today when I was in a bad car accident. They prayed for me then and now on house 3, they still pray for me. I have a client that I have worked with on credit and self employed income for nearly 2 years. She’s ready and wanted a new build. She told the builders who said she was required to do an application with them, who told her she got zero incentives if she didn’t go with their preferred in house lender, no. No, she had a lender and loyalty meant something to her. Her realtor is new to me and said she trusts no one but you. She offered $340k on the home that was $356k. She got it for $342k. She didn’t get bullied into incentives. She got what she wanted any way. The contract had to be reworked bc they know how to take advantage of people, but not my people. We are under contract and I love that loyalty and trust were what got us here!
