We have the largest catastrophe workforce of all insurers- a dedicated, mobile workforce is specially trained to handle catastrophe claims and is prepared to go anywhere in the country within hours of being notified. The team is fully equipped to respond to our customers' claim needs even in the face of environmental challenges. The team members are equipped with cell phones, wireless laptops, and GPS devices to enable them to communicate and navigate effectively in damaged areas. They also have the advantage of a fleet of mobile claim handling facilities, ranging from a large van to a 53-foot customized semi-trailer.
