Most people think the biggest risk at a pool party is the pool itself.
Honestly?
It's usually everything happening around it.
Kids running across wet concrete.
Backyard games getting a little too competitive.
Someone trying a trick they definitely shouldn't be trying.
Summer gatherings are supposed to be fun. That's the whole point.
But this is something I talk about with families around Winston-Salem all the time: sometimes the moments we don't think twice about are the ones that create the biggest headaches later.
Not because anyone planned for it.
Not because anyone expected it.
Just because real life has a way of showing up uninvited.
