At SYM, we believe meaningful impact starts with serving others. Last week, our Winona Lake team joined 504 business leaders from across the community at the 2026 Warsaw MobilePack to be a part in helping pack 300,888 meals through FMSC. We're grateful for the opportunity to lend a hand, support an incredible mission, and be part of something bigger than ourselves.

A beautiful fall night for An Evening in the Orchard. 🍎🍂

Janae O’Rourke, CFP®, ChFC®, hosted a lovely evening at Baynes Apple Valley, bringing women together for bouquet making, c***r tastings, and a look at the orchard’s history.

With perfect fall weather and meaningful conversation, it was a wonderful opportunity to connect with women in our Midland community.

Thank you to everyone who joined us and made the evening so special!

An evening of creativity, reflection, and meaningful conversation.

Last night, we gathered at The Gathering Place in Warsaw for Pages of Legacy, hosted by Gabby Tucker, CFP®, with creative direction by Madison Coffman.

Together, we created journals to hold our stories, memories, and the things that matter most. In an increasingly digital world, there’s something special about putting pen to paper and creating something tangible to revisit and share.

We loved seeing each journal page come to life. Thank you to everyone who attended and made the evening so meaningful!

What does your retirement plan say about your company?

The organizations that make the greatest impact aren't just focused on employees during their working years...they care about their financial well-being long after retirement.

A thoughtful 401(k) plan is more than a benefit. It's a statement of your values.
