Ivan is back!

As Proto-1 Manufacturing, L.L.C. continues to grow, we knew we needed a little additional support to help keep operations running smoothly, and we are thrilled to welcome Ivan back to the team part-time!

Ivan brings a ton of value to our team. His past experience, attention to detail, and passion for orderliness and strong systems are exactly what Proto-1 needs during this busy season.

Outside of work, Ivan and his fiancée are proud cat parents, busy planning their October wedding, and love traveling around Wisconsin for all sorts of concerts!

Proto-1 is excited to welcome Maria to the team as our newest Electrical Assembly team member!

From day one, Maria has been ready to jump in and make an immediate impact. She brings incredible skill and experience with wiring, along with an attention to detail that makes her a great addition to the Proto-1 team. We’re excited to have her expertise on board and look forward to all she will contribute!

Outside of work, Maria enjoys spending time with her husband and three kids. Whether they’re heading up north, working in the garden, or simply enjoying time together, family keeps her busy!

Big news on the shop floor!

We are thrilled to see how much our customers , both longtime partners and new customers, are growing!

As our customers continue to grow, we’re growing right alongside you. To keep up with your needs and expand our capabilities, we’ve made a major new investment at Proto-1 Manufacturing, L.L.C..

And this one is a BIG investment! Our newest CNC machine made its way into our building just a couple of weeks ago, and we are so excited about the additional capacity and capabilities it will bring to our team and our customers.

Growth is exciting , especially when it allows us to better serve the customers who are growing with us. We can't wait to put this massive machine to work!

Every organization has someone who keeps things light and brings plenty of laughs, and at Proto-1, that would be Ryan!

We’re excited to celebrate Ryan’s 5-year anniversary at Proto-1!

Ryan brings a world of knowledge to our team as an Electrical Engineer, but beyond his expertise, he is an all-around approachable guy who is always willing to lend a hand wherever needed. He supports the team by being an excellent listener, a doer, and someone you can count on to jump in and help get things done.

Outside of Proto-1, Ryan stays extremely busy supporting his kids’ sports activities and trying out all the hot dinner spots in the area with his wife and family!

Ryan, thank you for five great and profitable years at Proto-1 Manufacturing, LLC.-1! We appreciate the knowledge, humor, and support you bring to the team.

Cheers to 20 years, Todd!

We are excited to celebrate Todd and 20 incredible years at Proto-1!

Todd brings so much value to our team, not only through the work he does within his own department, but also through his willingness to understand, support, and work alongside others throughout our organization. His attention to detail, thorough approach, and drive to continue learning have made an impact in so many ways over the years.

When Todd isn’t at Proto-1, he enjoys spending time with his wife, traveling, and watching his grown kids take on the world!

Every Proto-1 machine has a story!

We recently had the pleasure of helping a customer breathe new life into a nearly 20-year-old machine they bought used. Along the way, modifications had been made by others that didn't align with Proto-1's design standards.

Instead of giving up on it, they reached out to our team. We replaced the hydraulic power unit and got this veteran machine back to work making parts.
