Total trash outs means the units are show ready. Total trash outs include: Removal of any and all trash/garbage. Removal of any and all furniture/unwanted appliances. Carpets cleaned and vacuumed. All other floors swept and mopped. All counter tops wiped down. All cabinets cleaned out and wiped down. All closets cleaned out. All bathrooms cleaned. Outside debris removed. Yard mowed/unless grass is too tall for mower (if needed bush hog will be extra cost and will determined at each location). List of property damage provided. (WATER AND ELECTRIC MUST BE TURNED ON).
