We’ve been made aware that some of our members are receiving multiple phone calls that appear to come from us. These calls are NOT from Windthorst Federal Credit Union they are spoofed scam calls designed to trick you.
🔒 Please remember:
✅ If we call you, we will never ask you to verify sensitive information like your full account number, Social Security number, or online banking credentials.
✅ If you call us, we may ask you to verify certain information to confirm your identity — this is standard and secure.
✅ We do not make repeated or aggressive calls to our members. If you're getting several calls in a row, it's likely a scam.
📞 If you’re ever unsure whether a call is truly from us, hang up and call us directly at the number listed on our website.
