Did you know⁉️ Most homeowner policies don’t just cover your house,🏠 but they also may cover your detached garages, sheds, fences, and other structures on the property. This is usually listed as “other structures” or “coverage B” on your policy declaration pages. The default limit is generally a percentage of what your home is covered for, but the dollar amount can typically be increased if you have more structures that need covered.
