5.0 star review received on Experience.com for Kelly Chacon by Promise H - Kelly and her team are the most amazing individuals I have ever worked with! The communication, professionalism, and kindness during our loan process is beyond any other mortgage company we have ever worked with! These ladies will go over and beyond for you and work their tail-ends off to make sure you get the loan you need/want!!! I highly recommend them and will use them again in our future. Thank you to every single person on Kellys team!!!!

5.0 star review received on Experience.com for Kelly Chacon by Jesica F - We couldn’t have asked for a better team to guide us through our mortgage process! Kelly, Denise, and Melanie were all incredible to work with from beginning to end. They made everything feel straightforward, kept us informed every step of the way, and were always quick to answer any questions we had.
As we got closer to closing, I worked most closely with Melanie, and I truly can’t say enough great things about her. She was so kind, responsive, and on top of every detail. She made what could have been a stressful process feel easy, and I always felt like we were in great hands.
I highly recommend Kelly and her team to anyone looking for a mortgage lender. Their professionalism, communication, and genuine care for their clients really set them apart. If we ever need mortgage lending services again, I wouldn’t hesitate to work with Kelly, Denise, and Melanie all over again. Thank you for making our home-buying experience such a positive one!
