I’m incredibly proud to say that we closed out 2025 with our biggest month ever, we served 20 clients and accomplished some incredible things to get there. From traveling to meet a client in NYC, closing out a condo that was a non-warrantable condo with rent pooling(banks hate these), to helping a long time client secure a 15 unit portfolio.

What an incredible way to end the year, we’re still making sure our final numbers are all dialed in for year end data, but this was incredible year filled with many hard earned wins.
