Real life story from our Donna Mancauskas, Realtor... A few weeks ago, on a Saturday morning at 8:30am, I got the text every REALTOR knows…

“Can we see the house today?”
Oh — and they weren’t pre-qualified yet. 😅

I immediately connected my buyer with Jukes, NMLS 1144095, PrimeLending — and before I could even give Heather a heads up, my buyer had already reached out.

By NOON (yes… noon 🙌), we had a pre-approval letter in hand.

And this was NOT a vanilla deal. It took strategy. Creativity. Thinking outside the box.

Why did God create fire ants? 🐜🔥

They sting, they swarm, and honestly — they hurt! But did you know these little nuisances actually serve a purpose?

✨ Fire ants aerate soil, speed up decomposition, and even help control pests.
🤢 They eat cockroach eggs — and if you know me, you know I do NOT do cockroaches! So maybe they get a tiny bit of grace for that.
📖 And yes, even the “creeping things” were part of God’s good creation (Genesis 1:24-25).

Still… the sting is real. 😅

Romans 8:22 reminds us that creation is groaning — and fire ants might just be one of those groans!

👉 Anyone have any good homemade remedies for fire ant stings? Asking for a friend… (okay, it’s me 😅 I currwntly have 4)

25 Years.
Not always easy.
Not always pretty.
But always worth it.

Today we celebrate more than an anniversary—we celebrate a covenant made before God 25 years ago. The kind of covenant that gets tested. The kind that requires forgiveness, growth, grit, and grace. Especially when you’re called to share the Gospel—because the enemy doesn’t sit quietly while God builds something strong.

The last few years have stretched us. But God is faithful.
We’re learning to communicate more honestly, date more intentionally, and prioritize God first, each other next, and everything else after that.

We’re setting boundaries not out of fear, but out of love—protecting what God has joined together. No fairy tales here. Just two imperfect people refusing to give up, showing up again and again.

To anyone who’s in the thick of it: put in the work. Seek Jesus. Choose each other. It’s not always easy, but it’s always worth it.

Here’s to 25 years—and to everything God still has ahead. 🖤
