Each year, conventional loan limits are updated based on changes in home prices. These limits determine the maximum loan amount eligible for conventional financing and can impact the loan options available to buyers.

If you're shopping in a higher price range, an increase in loan limits could provide additional financing options and help keep your loan within conventional guidelines. Meaning you won't have to worry about looking into Jumbo loan products.
