We have received many phone calls expressing concerns and questions from our clients and/or future clients regarding our ability to provide Professional Liability Coverage through the companies that we represent. While Central Mutual Insurance is no longer providing this coverage, we do represent other companies that do. If you have a current policy with Central Mutual Insurance you will be contacted at your renewal by your Account Manager from V. R. Williams & Company with quote information and recommended placement of this coverage. Please note that each carrier that we represent does have specific Underwriting Guidelines for writing business and depending on the applicant and the state that you are domicile in will depend on where your coverage is placed. As much as we miss seeing everyone, we strongly believe that the safety of both our staff and our valued clients comes first. Our agency will continue to implement a work from home policy for at least the next couple of weeks and will continue to offer curb side services on Tuesday and Thursdays from 8 am to Noon. Our staff is fully functioning and available to assist you with all your insurance needs Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM. We realize there are many unknowns during these times but our concern and focus remains with all of you and our employees as we navigate through this process.
