I'm a little late in posting but last Friday Nicole Hatch Cohen and I were blessed to help this wonderful gentleman close on his new Home. What are you drinking today? My current fave is a honey vanilla latte with oatmilk and a sprinkle of cinnamon. I'm also on the mushroom/coffee blend trend and honestly it's been amazing.

Credit tip of the day! Please, please, please, don't even let them run your credit. It'll create more work for you and your lending team, especially if you open a new debt. We also have to track where all your funds come from so if you've closed and open accounts we'll need statements from each to show those funds have moved, with a copy of everything. It's best to handle this well in advance of your application or wait until after closing to make any changes.
